(More customer reviews)The picture doesn't do it justice. It is dimensionally smaller than it looks. It's too narrow, too short and too flimsy. When they say "400 pounds max", that means total. Both you and your weights. The bench is labeled as supporting a person up to 150. The bar holder can support 100 max (bar and weights). And the leg press can hold a whopping 50 pounds. Additionally: -The bar holder uprights are spaced too close together. -the bench is too short -the welds are incomplete So, if you're thinking this bench will replace an olympic bench, think again. It's NOT a bargain priced olympic bench. It's an undersized bench for midgets. If you're over six feet tall, don't buy this. If you weigh more than 150 lbs., don't buy this. The only reason I'm generously giving this product two stars is because it was easy to assemble within about 2 hours. Now to figure out how to return mine... too bad I assembled it already. :(
