(More customer reviews)I was introduced to using these when training at a Pilates Studio, and I immediately had to get one to have at home. I use it almost every day, and have developed an amazing amount of strength and balance - not to mention a stronger, healthier back. It requires a little "breaking in" at first, to sort of soften it up enough to mold to your spine, but that only takes a few uses. I think everyone needs one!
