The foam is really dense, so the roller keeps its shape. My trainer has one and he has a variety of people of differing weights using it - and it looks brand new! The quality is super! Perform Better also includes an exercise sheet with advice on how to get the most out of your purchase. Perform Better is an excellent company and sent it out right away. I had it within a couple of days after ordering. They also give you reliable tracking information. One other thing they did that was fabulous was that they emailed me a copy of the invoice.
