I've ordered every Powertec workbench accessory, and I'd like to review each one since I didn't have many reviews to read when I was shopping for them. Dips are by far one of the most effective gym exercises you can do, and if you're like me, I'll do sets of various contours--build sets, drop sets, and pyramids. This piece is excellent for the lighter (non-bodyweight) dip sets or if I've already done a lot of arm and chest exercises. Assembly was fairly easy for this machine, and I put it on my Multipress machine with 180 lbs--near its supposed maximum capacity. The most difficult stage of this exercise is the very beginning, and it takes a lot of extra effort to start the weight moving. I don't mind that, though, and one of the things I like about weight machines is that they usually force you to start at maximum retraction--which is very difficult to do, and different from other exercises in my home gym. The action on this machine is pretty smooth, but not the smoothest I've ever felt. Some silicon lubricant would help the sliding arm along, but I consider the friction extra resistance and I'm happy with that. The only issue I've had is with one of the weight bars--they have plastic inserts inside the weight plate bars, and one of mine chipped. I don't mind that much though so I didn't dock any stars. Also be aware when you move the product in and out of place on your workbench that the arm will be sliding around your head. Good product!

Isolate your triceps and other upper body muscles while using your Powertec multi-gym with the WB-DMA10 dip accessory. Tricep dips have always been one of the all-time best exercises for working the upper body. The problem is that it's difficult to properly perform the movement, as it requires you to control your full body weight and preserve a full range of motion, which most people simply can't do. The dip accessory, by contrast, uses a linkage resistance bar and slide tube to perfect the lever arm motion. The corrected motion duplicates a full tricep dip in machine form, helping you get the most from your tricep exercises. The dip accessory--which supports up to 200 pounds--is compatible with Powertec's WB-ASR accessory storage rack, which holds the accessory when not in use. This saves valuable floor space and keeps your gym neat and organized. The dip accessory measures 54 by 53 by 22 inches (W x H x D). Olympic benches and multi-gyms are sold separately.
