As far as the product goes you must know that it is very big and very heavy. I ended paying my neighbors sons that were home during Thanksgiving break to help me get this into my basement. I have a 2 level flight of stairs with a landing in the middle and we got it down but it was not easy. The assembly also had its challenges especially around the handlebar and console area while making the wire connections and locking the console into the frame portion. It is a 2 person job to make sure that you don't cut the wires and set it in place to assemble. Once finally assembled the treadmill does work but certainly not "whisper quiet" as I was led to beleive. Maybe mine is just a lemon but I have two distinct noises with the first coming from under the hood making a higher pitched shrill sound as I speed up and or slow down. It does become less noticeable at higher speeds over 7+ mph but for the most part I am between 3-5 mph walking and light jogging and you can hear that constant rhythmic noise. The second noise is a squeak when my foot lands...I am hoping that this will go away as the treadmill "breaks in". The positive experiences that I do have is with the console as it is easy to use and read. It has all of the major information shown on the screen which is convenient and the built in track is fun to watch. I bought this in part because it is a space saver and yes it does fold upright but even when folded it is almost four foot deep. Looking back now there are no images on the site showing it folded but the dimensions are listed, if you look backc at previous years models they have images and you can see how the treadmill is angled instead of folding straight up and really saving space. So if you are tight on space and or do not want a piece of equipment that will totally consume the room, you may want to look around. The fact that the F63 is black makes it look even bigger. If I did not have the challenges to get the unit back up the stairs and get it reboxed I would probably have returned it by now. Since it does work we will wait to see what happens with the noises and if they continue thats what the warranty is for and hope that process goes better than the purchase. Although again now reading online now that does not seem to promising. My recommendation is to make sure that you do your homework prior. I will add more to the review after a full months use.
