(More customer reviews)I have been using this item in PT for help with my balance. It does help. It's hard but then as you improve, it becomes easier. I also found using this that since an ACL injury 9+ yrs ago, that at times I walked being very cautious with that leg. Since using this pad, it has forced me to strenghten those muscles in my knee, so I am not favoring it anymore!!! after 9 years!!!!!!
