(More customer reviews)Even though my trainer has come up with some abusive exercises using this Bosu, I can't blame the Bosu and I must say that it is a versatile, durable product (so far, anyway. I've had it for about 6 mos). After reading the reviews about the "home" version of this equipment, I decided to pay a little extra and get the professional one. I like it and it is just like the ones in the gym. It came with a book(let) and dvd of exercise suggestions, but I haven't used them because (as I said) I rely on my trainer, but it seems to be well made and it looks like the manufacturer spent some time putting the book together. Well done. Excellent product offering challenging exercise options.
