(More customer reviews)I bought this for myself and it sits on my desk. It gives me a laugh whenever I play with it. The only problem is that the joke will probably be lost on people who are either not therapists or patients themsevles, so it is one of those "inside joke" sort of gags that will be lost on most people. But if you fall under therapist, patient, or student of the area it will always bring a smile to your face - and is a lot cheaper than a real therapist.
