(More customer reviews)I ordered this item to replace a previous one that had broken. The day it arrived I used it to fill up a new balance ball - almost. When the ball was about half full I could tell there was something wrong with the pump. The handle and shaft were sticking and resisting movement. I took the pump apart and discovered the rubber membrane was all tangled around the plunger. After carefully untangling it and getting grease all over my hands I reassembled and tried again. Same thing happened, only this time the membrane was ripped. I did what I could to get it back in place again, and it wheezed along enough to almost fill the ball (not enough to use)before completely seizing up. I threw it away and spent another 20 minutes cleaning up the grease it had leaked on my hands, clothes and the balance ball. I'll never buy another one.
