(More customer reviews)Very challenging at first, and I'm a physically fit person. Got the hang of it in about 4 days...on carpet of course. Pretty fun once you can do it without hands. I'm a little nervous to try it on wood floor because it moves very quickly! Overall, great to keep on hand whenever you are bored, need a quick warm-up, or are watching TV.
