Even though they say high density, they still get squished and useless within a month, and then you will have to spend another $25 for a new one. Spend the extra $10-12 and get this. That's what happened to me, I thought I was being smart by getting the cheap high density one ... it became useless in a month, and now I bought this one. Its perfect!!! Has not deformed even slightly after 2 months ... great product! Its the foam roller you want.
