(More customer reviews)Even the blue one, which is supposed to be an extra strength band, doesn't provide that much resistance. It sort of works if you grasp it far from the end (essentially to shorten the band), but I wish it were stronger. When I watch youtube videos of Pilates exercises, the bands they use seem to be much stronger because people are holding them near the ends. And there I was holding it almost a quarter of the way down each end. I guess this is why you don't buy the cheapest product out there. There's a reason why it's cheap.
