This is a little smaller then ones I have used at commercial gyms. However, it is great, well made and very easy to grip and handle during a variety of exercises using this weighted ball. It is especially useful doing situps/crunches whether on a bench, the floor or even using one of the large exercise balls to sit on and do the situps, twists and so on. You have a wide range of activities to use this for. They also provide a poster that shows you various exercises you can do with this ball as well as incorporate into other exercises you do and may not have thought about using a medicine ball. I recommend it and they have smaller/lighter weight and larger ones as well.
