(More customer reviews)I ordered this tape about a week ago and so far have only been able to get through the 2nd workout. Workout 1 and 3 are pretty complex step sequences and I'm uncoordinated. I was unsure whether to give it a 3 or 4 and gave it a 4 since I may get better at following along as I get more in shape.
