(More customer reviews)i'm a pilates instructor, but my facility didn't have rings at their gym. since many students had their own, i didn't i would ask the other students to please get a ring, but i would provide some for those who didn't have. I bought 5 of these (purple). There is not a lot of resistance---but that's good for people who aren't terribly strong. Enough resistance for 'new' students, 'weak' students, or 'older' students. Also, some students complained that the padding on the handles hurt their ankles/shins when we did leg work. It's been over a year, i think, and they haven't complained in a long time, so i guess they got used to it. overall, pretty great purchase for a pretty great price.
