(More customer reviews)I started hot yoga about 2 months ago and as wit hany new hobby I gave it 30 days before i started buying accessories. My first mat towel was the Gaiam yoga towel because it was the cheapest on the marketGaiam Thirsty Yoga Towel (Smokey Purple). After remaining dedicated to yoga and going consitently 3 times a week it was time for a new towel an I purchased this one. It does not absorb sweat quickly as my Gaiam does, on the contrary at the end of class my mat is soaked. The towel slides around and is bigger than my mat but not by much so I wouldn't classify it as truly oversized. For my next towel I will either go back to the gaiam or try to yogitoes.
