(More customer reviews)The first one I received didn't include the DVD. It stated right on the box that it's a Power Ring and DVD. So I shipped it back, they sent me another one. It also didn't have the DVD. So I called and they gave me half off, which I took. I really would have liked to have had the DVD, but I do like the power ring. Just be sure you understand that the DVD will not be included. Sharon Christensen
