The bag is made well and the medium size is just right for my needs (cellphone and cliff bar). I was at first unsure if the plastic insert was just for display or shipping purchases because it doesn't quite live up to the quality of the rest of the bag (sticky off-white plastic that looked like it was cut with scissors) however, the insert is both functional and removable. The velcro is good quality and the zipper design works great. This is a great addition to any bike.
