I can barely fit my head through the neck hole, which means it rubs on my neck when I wear it. Also, the stitching was already coming apart when it arrived. I probably should have returned it, but it didn't seem worth the hassle for only $10. It is very light, which is good, but it's so uncomfortable to wear that it doesn't really matter how light it is. This would probably fit a child well, but that doesn't change the cheap quality of it. There are better options out there, save your money and get something else.
