(More customer reviews)This waist pack has a tendency to move up and down when I run. You have to keep it really tight (almost too tight) for it not to move. It would work better for hiking/walking, but for long runs I had some problems. The bottle is good quality and works well. The fuel belt worked better for me in running, and did not slide around.
