(More customer reviews)The item is exactly what is pictured on this page. You get a vest, two leg straps and a package of stickers (2 bars ~1"x3" and 6-1" dots). The quality of construction is good and they are very reflective. The vest is soft and easy to wear. The leg straps hold their shape well and have enough velcro to adjust to the range of normal adult sizes. My wife and I can both wear them comfortably. My only complaint is that the adhesive on the stickers isn't great. I put them on my running stroller and on the flat surfaces they stick well but on the curved surfaces the stickers are already starting to peel so I'm not sure how long they will stick.
