(More customer reviews)I just ran in a marathon with this pak. It held about 10 "Gu" packs, a small bag of pretzels, and my cell phone. Granted it was a little packed, but it didn't bounce, I hardley noticed it there. I also trained with some other Nathan products, the waist pak with four water flasks and the hand held water bottle. Loved them all. I am a "Nathan" fan.
