The belt stays put, doesn't bounce, and has extra reflective details for running in low light conditions. The snap buckle is nice and won't tear up your clothing like velcro can. I don't use the ID part because I wear a Road ID bracelet, but it would be useful for someone who doesn't have a separate ID. There's room for your name, phone # and emergency contact, then on the back you can write blood type and allergy info. Overall, a great product!
