(More customer reviews)It took several attempts before I was able to complete a run with this hydration pak. I found it bulky, and was unable to get it comfy around my waist. Today I tried it with a 8 oz. water bottle. It comes with its own larger bottle. With the much smaller bottle I was able to find a good spot on waist and although the bottle moved in the pocket, Iwas not annoyed by it. I found that the larger bottle filled with water was too bulky for me to run and be comfortable with.
