I was also encouraged by the light weight, ability to take it in my luggage on business trips and the hand grips which make it easy to carry and to hold when doing push ups. However, the overwhelming negative factor is that that this wobble board is VERY easy to stay level -- in other words, it doesn't wobble much. You stand on it and it is easy to master in a couple of seconds. After standing on it for 5 minutes (on a hard tile floor), I turned it over and proved to myself that the hard plastic dome actually flattens out at the top, making it quite stable. I am 6'2" and 200 lbs. and obviously too heavy for this product to work correctly. I would suggest that no one over 150 lbs purchase it and maybe even lighter than that. My 11 year old daughter is 5'6" 90 lbs and this was quite easy for her as well. In the end, I found a wooden one on Craigslist (lucky) and am using that. Isokinetics, you've got a good idea here, but you've got to make your plastic harder/thicker to eliminate this key problem. I will also mention here that I did buy one of Isokinetics 75cm Yoga/Exercise Balls and am very pleased with that.
