(More customer reviews)This roller is a great way to give yourself a back or leg massage, especially to combat post-workout soreness and stiffness and promote recovery. It's very light, being made of compressed polystyrene foam beads (like a giant coffee cup) It is also very firm, even when I put my 200+lb backside on it. Kids like to play with it too - we'll just have to see how well it holds up to their abuse. I took one star off since I'm not convinced it will survive unscathed.
